The V2 Snake tape is similar to the original Snake tape, but it uses a cotton/synthetic blend cloth which makes it highly durable, with a smooth feel.

Prodigy Snake tape V2 is a bit smoother than the original Snake tape and is more similar to the smooth feel of our own Firetoys Tape.
It's highly durable, so if your tape is going to get a lot of use, you may want to consider this version as it will last longer than the original Snake tape.
Prodigy Snake Tape is made from a cotton/synthetic blend with a very tight weave, creating a smooth feel and high durability. It doesn’t have a serrated edge, and it’s easy to tear by hand.
It’s 14m long, which means one roll should be more than enough to cover any size aerial hoop with 25mm diameter tubing. Hoops which use tubing that is greater than 25mm may need two rolls. If you really like to make sure that your hoop is covered and overlap your wraps a lot, you might need two rolls for the largest hoops.
The adhesive on the V2 is strong so edges are less likely to roll. Some adhesive leaching through the cloth is normal, and the adhesive on these tapes may leach for the first few sessions when the tape warms up. This will cause the tape to be sticky. Rubbing the tape down with chalk will be enough to absorb the excess adhesive, however, you may need to reapply the chalk. Once the excess is removed the adhesive will no longer leach and the tape will not be sticky.
