Mr Babache Discovery Fire Torch

The Mr Babache Discovery Fire Torch is classed as a 'budget' fire juggling club, but the overall quality and finish on it suggests it's more of an intermediate quality prop. As with most torches, the Discovery is based around an aluminium tube containing a section of hardwood dowel. The padded handle is quite unusual in that it has no seams making it smoother on the hands, particularly when performing flourishes. The air cushion system is more than capable of absorbing the impact from high throws, and the main body is made from a very elegant, light coloured, turned and polished wood. Approx 50cm of 50mm wide reinforced wick is used per torch producing medium sized flames for a good few minutes. The overall finish on this torch is great. You can tell that each one has passed quality control just by looking at the way the wick is attached. The Discovery is also well balanced considering its price, and weights in at just 235g, making it one of the lighter torches on the market.
