We're looking for a full time person to join our busy despatch / order processing department. The role is based in our warehouse in Brighton and will be starting early June.
Duties will include processing orders for despatch using our custom IT system.
The ideal person will be able to work effectively and efficiently under pressure within a busy team. A good knowledge of the props we sell and a keen interest in at least one category of our products is essential.
You'll need to be IT literate and happy navigating around windows 7 networks as well as very comfortable online. You will need to be well spoken and able to write emails with no spelling or grammatical mistakes.
We require the candidate to be comfortable speaking to customers on the phone and also face to face in order to maintain our high standard of customer service.
The job will also involve lifting and collecting items from tall racks using safety ladders. As a result you'll need to be physically fit and happy to work at height (10ft max).
