The same Pull up rings that we ship out with our excellent Pull up/dip bars The straps and lock that come with the rings mean you can adjust how far the rings hang. The straps holding the rings are 1.5m long, allowing for many different configurations. The rings themselves are 20cm across, and made of 2.5cm diameter textured plastic, making them super grippy.
